Shamrock Locker is a family-owned and operated meat processing facility and retail store. Kody and Holli Kirwan, along with Holli's cousin, Lonnie Liewer, built Shamrock Locker.  In March of 2023, the first beef was slaughtered.

Kody's background is in construction. He says building the locker was the "easy part"! Lonnie owns and operates Gregory County Locker in South Dakota. His experience in the industry was invaluable in helping us get started. Kody and Lonnie have a passion for GOOD meat! Thus, Shamrock Locker!

Garrett Kirwan, our middle son, helps us manage the business, and he is our HAACP coordinator. The rest of the family assists with online tasks, retail, and special events!
